One hot Monday morning, my partner and I decided we wanted to open a business that offered not only products but an experience.  Being the caregivers to our severly disabled younger brother, we decided to include him our business by displaying his art and offering the opportunity available for you to take home for donations utilized for his supplies and services...he was thrilled with this plan.  In our travels, we came across an awesome store for sale, now  formerly-known-as "Local Legends" and decided this was the place for us.  From this idea, P3 was born.  Upon our taking over new ownership of the store, we have upgraded, re-swizzled and strive to provide you with the best quality products that range from Vape Mods, to Tanks, Kits, Coils, a WIDE variety of CBD / Delta Products and Drinks.  Not only do we offer the products but we offer a lounge equipped with an Electric Baby Grand Piano and a live on-site pianist.  We also offer the opportunities for musicians to come and join in the fun and play open mic live acoustic music.  Please come join us to experience the fun of Vape, CBD, Delta Products in a safe, classy social environment.
